Hello We do apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We request you please use the sharp blade try to straighten the pins and let it pass through between the pins to set them in the alignment. Please let us know if you are unable to do it so. We will do the same thing just avoiding the hassle of sending it back and forth.
I imagined that the way would be one I can try, while I also was afraid that the pins could break by fatigue. I hope that would be covered by the warranty. Thanks.
