Recently, I have had several small problems in daily life such as a slow process of obtaining a visa, a process of dealing with mice at house, undelivery of shipping letters important, and being between landlady's family members disfunctioned.
Everything is not very serious to affect my life so far, however, these events make me gradually frustrated.
What I am paying attention to cope with these problems is that I am trying to stay in balance mentally.
Being out of balance leads to inappropriate thoughts and behavior.
Poor behavior and thoughts stem from being out of balance.
I am just be patient in solving a process of each problem step-by-step.
Sometimes I am surprised at myself - Am I patient in that way when I was young? Have I changed?
Yes, I have changed through a variety of experiences in a long-time study and staying abroad for my specialities. I have become to consider an problematic issue well before I draw a conclusion.
When I see things going unpleasantly, I try to find each positive aspect on that matter.
Here is an example: thanks to this event that actually I don't feel good, another benefit that I had not expected every before can occur and it makes things abundant.
Avoind having a short temper. Short temper causes a problem and maks it worse mostly. The best way to solve a problem is that I recognise all the facts related to a problem, find the potential to improve, plan strategies for it, and deal with one another without hastily. Working on step-by-stey is most effective for solving any problems.
