Blackie and a sudden shower

Suddenly Blackie saw a grey cloud in the sky. The snails were very glad to see it. They knew it would soon rain. They liked walking in the rain.

Blackie didn't have an umbrella, so he went to a shopping center to buy one. He found a nice blue umbrella.

An assistant said "May I help you?"

Blackie answered "Yes. I want that blue umbrella. How much is it?" The assistant answered, "It is 1000 Yen."

Blackie looked in his pocket and found that he didn't have his purse. He said "Sorry, I don't have any money today."

When Blackie went out the shop, it was sunny again. He saw a beautiful rainbow in the sky. The snails were looking at the rainbow. They tried to say the colours of that rainbow, "red, yellow, light blue, blue and purple."

It didn't rain that day, but the snails were happy to see a beautiful rainbow, and Blackie was happy because he hadn't spent 1000 yen on a umbrella for a sunny day!
