さてさて、CAPP最初の授業ゎ…Decision Making Regarding Career and Educational Planningと言う授業でしたｂ
授業の内容は・・・
将来、私たちは色々な所である決断をしなければいけません、小さいものもあればとても多きい決断もあります中には人生をひっくり返してしまうこともあるでしょう･･･
最初の～Typical Attitudes～にて･･･
Stubbornness,Blowing on the wind,Avoidance,Hyper-stressed,Rational Approachと言う項目で典型的な良くない例を出しています。
でゎ、決断をする際にどのようなSTEPを踏めばいいかを～The Decision Making Model～にて簡単に表されています。簡単に訳すと･･･
１.問題をを認識する。
２.その問題の情報を集める。
３.色々な代案をだし問題にあてはめ、結果を予想する。
４.決断をする。
５.その決断の評価を自分で下し、次に役立てる

☆Decision Making Regarding Career and Educational Planning☆
～Typical Attitudes～
Stubbornness ;
Stick to your choice come hell or high water. “Don’t bother me with facts”
Ex. Fighting over which channels to watch on TV and not caring what other people says, as long as i get to watch whatever i want, and not caring if nobody else wants to watch it.
Blowing on the wind ;
Shift from occupations regularly. Always trying new jobs, trying to “find myself.” As soon as difficulty arises you move on.
Ex. I want to eat quesadilla, no, I actually want to eat Japanese food tonight, but then I really feel in the mood for Spaghetti
Avoidance ;
Deny; delay, procrastinate. “I don’t want to grow up”, “something will show up”
Ex. Mom asks me to look and research about the different universities, and I say, ok, but then I don’t do it.
Hyper-stressed ;
I have to make a decision now. I don’t know what to do. Thought processes are virtually paralyzed. “I need better grades, I need more volunteer work, I need more work experience, etc.”
Ex. Fine, Mom, I’ll go for science. Now stop bothering me. I’ll take all sciences and I’ll volunteer for medical things. And then I’ll go for medical.
Rational Approach ;
Decision making naturally emerges because you are seeking to be aware, sincere, committed, prepared and careful. The crucial steps that are followed are:
a.Identify and research several choices that work to your strengths, passion and character
b.Consider the impact of all your choices on others especially those you care about
c.Consider the impact of all your choices on the future especially your own
d.Select one of the choices and later re-evaluate based on your feelings and feedback and others

宿題にWhat do I want to do before I die(訳：死ぬ前にしたい事)を50ッ個書いて来いと言われました･･･
