TIME MANAGEMENTとは時間の管理と言う意味で、私達の個人のプランや夢を叶えるのに欠かせない物ですb
先生は最初僕らに各自の将来の夢(long and medium-term goals)を書かせ、その夢を叶える為に何をしなければいけないかを細かく書きなさいと言われました。
ここで僕が実際に書いた物を載せます。
My Goal: Graduate high school in 2006!!!!!! Sub goal: attend every day, do every hw on time,study more (at least for 3~4hrs),Pass Com12 in Night school.
1.used PC 2hr (creat my HP) 2.took nap 2hr 3.study 3hr 4.meal 1hr 5.read book 2hr 6.school 7hr 7.sleep 7hr

~Step1 goal creation~
- Write down long and medium-term goals - Break theses into sub-goals

~Step2 time tracking~
- Creates awareness of time being currently - Make a log where you record the things you did each day and how much time was spent on it.
What do I spend time in the day??

- 4 types of planning systems 1. Monthly planner 2. Weekly object list 3. Weekly planner 4. Time log
~Areas of Priority~
physical I need to get more fatttttt Intellectual ? Emotional be though~XD Social don’t skip class Career find what kind of job am I want,n what am I wanna be? Spiritual be strict to myself Make sure you create a balance in your plan
~Step 4taking action~
Keep the planner around to maintain focus Avoid giving upon plan: some tasks take longer than expected Watch out for tempting distraction, but note when u r feeling the need to take a break
~Step5 time adjusting~
over time, you will become more accurate at how long each task will take adjust your plan to reflect times you will need a break during the day prioritize: rank your tasks based on need as you adjust
~Pitfalls and advice~
Procrastination; borne out of fear or poor results or negative feelings towards task than actual difficulty of task itself Motivation is not necessary to start a task., It is the result of doing the task Start and you will gain momentum Create a one note list; cross it off when done and write the next task down.

Remove tasks unrelated to either you goals or maintenance of a balanced lifestyle Learn to say “no” to ppl when asked to do things you don’t have time for Schedule most difficult tasks when your are the sharpest Don’t fit everything in be realistic
