Lunar New Year Celebrations

February 2, 2024

RAMW Members celebrate Lunar New Year in style.  Here are our picks for Lunar New Year.

China Chilcano’s Lunar New Year Celebration

Usher in the Year of the Dragon with China Chilcano’s Lunar New Year Celebration! From February 8th - 11th, enjoy limited-time dishes from Head Chef Daniel Lugo and expertly crafted cocktails from the bar.

And on Saturday, February 10th, enjoy a traditional Lion Dance led by the artists at Tai Yim Kung Fu beginning at 6pm!

A symbol of abundance and unity, whole fish are key to any Lunar New Year celebration. Our steamed whole striped bass with green onion, ginger, shaoxing wine, and light soy is our take on this delicious tradition. Plus, we're offering plenty of other shareable dishes like seared turnip cakes, spring rolls and Cantonese poached chicken.
