Hello hello! Before we begin, if you're not (co)leading Fairy Tales this SWC session, please don't read further in this forum! This is a closed collaboration, and for those of you planning to participate in March, it would spoil all the fun surprises we have in store for you ;D

If you're still here, I'm going to assume you are indeed (co)leading Fairy Tales. Welcome!! I'm very excited to be working with you guys <33 I still need to work on getting this set up, but in the meantime feel free to introduce yourselves

(more stuff going here eventually I just needed to get the thread up LOL)

Hello hello! I'm Chuey (she/her), a chaotic homeschooled Christian with a fondness for books, good chocolate, and the perfect cup of Earl Grey. I'm in CST, I play piano and guitar, and I'm a minor fairy tales and mythology enthusiast ;D This is my ninth session of SWC and fifth time (co)leading, and I'm so excited to be leading my dream cabin with you guys!!

In terms of things to do, I need to finish doing the main/intro post setup, and while there hasn't been an official announcement yet, we could always start tossing around symbol and blurb suggestions! In addition, if anyone has any ideas for the storyline, feel free to jump right in with them — or ideas for anything else! There's probably more I need to say but my brain has officially stopped working so I will scrape my thoughts together in the morning LOL

for symbol, okay hear me out, ✧ would be so cutesy and it’s giving charming kingdom aa <33 though it’s a little overused oop
the one in the forum title is also cute, one of these ( ꒦,꒷, or ༄ ) would be kind of nice and bakery-like, and also a crown one would be so adorable if one exists : D so there’s a couple ideas!

enemies with cyberpunk would be so fun ; )

oh and I don’t know if there’s food in tangled but it would be cool if the campers had to climb the tower to get something : 0 also there’s red riding hood’s basket of desserts (though they’re already made into desserts oop so idk) <3

realized i forgot to put this in my post earlier but cat reminded me – we need fairy tale foods! here are some i thought of; feel free to add to this list:
- cinderella's pumpkin carriage
- jack's magic bean (…savory something or other??)
- snow white's apple
- red riding hood's pat of butter (the most common fairy tale versions list cake and butter being in her basket!)
- the princess in the pea's pea (not sure what we could do with this but I'm putting out everything I can think of lol)
- goldilocks' porridge (oatmeal cookies??)
- miss muffet's cheese (fairy-tale-adjacent, also i know the rhyme says curds and whey but that's basically cottage cheese haha)
- there is in fact food in rapunzel! rampion/rapunzel salad, which grows in the witch's garden and is the reason for the whole fairy tale because rapunzel's mother, craving the greens, convinced her husband to steal some for her. unfortunately, he was caught and turned to stone, and the witch told him she would turn him back to normal if he and his wife gave her their soon-to-be-born daughter. anyways all that is to say: rampion
- the witch's gingerbread house from hansel and gretel – technically already baked though?

I can't think of any more off the top of my head, but I'll do some more digging and see what I can find

Crown symbols do exist! Here are a few I could find- we shall see if they actually work on-site, haha. Those few Cat found look great as well!

LOL I just read a lot of fairy tales as a kid. Anyways, let's try to narrow the possibilities to 3-4 we can use for activities! Maybe we could do one ingredient a week or something?

Perfect! I'll go ahead and reach out to Cyberpunk about being enemies — still tossing around relationship ideas with Eevee and Sage, but I'll let them know you guys like the idea

Feel free to suggest any other relationships you want, by the way! We don't have to set up everything right away, of course, but if there was something you wanted to see all you've got to do is ask <3

One ingredient a week sounds great! We have 31 days, which would leave us three extra if we were to do them by seven-day weeks- We could save a day or two before the activities just to get campers settled in, perhaps?
No one! Sabotage is an absolutely delightful idea. ; ) I also really like the idea of having to… hold on, would the carriage have to be taken in its pumpkin or carriage state?

I think these two ღ, ♔ are my favorites- but as Chuey said, all of them look great and I don't think there's a wrong choice here ;P.

Cabin Relationships:
Sounds great! I can't think of anything at the moment, but perhaps something'll come once the teams are filled up a bit more…

I agree, ღ and ♔ are my favorites, but I do love all of them <3 personally, I’m leaning more towards ღ because the crown is a bit harder to see : 0

Also, update on sibling stuff! Still waiting on a reply from Eevee, but Sage has confirmed that her team is interested. We're not sure whether do allies, enemies, or some kind of rivalry yet — thoughts?

slight inactivity
just a heads-up that I'm going to see a play this evening!! That being said, I'll probably be unavailable from around 6-6:30 pm CST to most likely the rest of the night haha. It shouldn't have much of an effect on anything overall though

sorry for triple-posting :') but there are a few things due! first of all, we need to have our symbol and atmosphere submitted by the 27th – do we want to write a new atmosphere from scratch or tweak one from one of our apps? for reference, here are all the atmospheres i collected:

hmm the cabin lineup is so good that I don’t want neutrals asjcdjkxs but that’s not how life works so maybe magreal allies fantasy friendly neutrals? and I think dystopian or paranormal could be great enemies/hostiles <3

It has come to my attention I do not believe I remembered to specify Friday rehearsals in my app, but as a note for the future, I'll be off for a few hours on Fridays, 5pm-8pm EST. : P

Allies with MagReal and then neutrals with Poetry? Just tossing ideas out since we do need to make decisions, but I don't have strong preferences for either : )

The current edited version looks good on my end!

Food/Storyline:
I like the idea of having to climb a tower for Rapunzel's- we could have Goldilocks be one our rival bakeries are aiming for, maybe?

cabin colors
i promise i'll get around to answering everything else in a bit but in the meantime, what do we want to use for cabin colors and font? i don't currently have any specific colors in mind lol — we could do like dreamy vibes or maybe like vintage fairy tales…? idk haha feel free to suggest stuff!! I'll probably have more ideas later but rn I'm brain dead
