Preliminary Inspection (7.5/10)
The first thing anyone sees before clicking on the topic is the title. Admittedly, the title is rather plain, though the square brackets are a nice addition. I’d recommend putting in fancy fonts or symbols to jazz it up a bit more. The banner is not too bad, but I’d recommend seeing if you can get a better one from elsewhere to increase orders. But good job so far!

I read the first post, and you covered all bases but it was a bit difficult to read because of some problems with spelling, grammar, and capitalisation. However, based on the country you registered with I’d guess you aren’t a native English speaker, so I’d be inclined to be less critical. However, it would greatly improve your professionalism if you could try running the first post through a spellchecker. The only other thing I’d say is that the first post could use a bit of jazzing up with BBCode, fancy fonts, symbols, infographics, and image-based links. But I can see you worked hard on this!

The list of BoD staff is a good addition, though similar to above, it would be great to run it through a spellchecker. The only other thing I’d say is that it’d be good to list all of your staff there, not only for customers and your staff but also to make things like activity checks and managing inactive members easily for you.

But overall, you have clearly put lots of effort into creating your shop, and you’ve also covered all bases. However, to improve it’d be great to see some of the strategies listed above implemented to increase professionalism and the first post’s attractiveness. But great job!

Service (8/10)
My order was taken within 17 hours, a decent time, and finished 20 minutes later. However, I saw a long list of untaken orders in the Orders Hub, so I’d say other orders may take longer to be completed. The worker who took my order was polite and friendly, and sent an excellent notification message on my profile, but I’d say there did appear to be some problems with staff. First, I noticed there was a particular worker who seemed to be able to understand English to some degree but appeared to have to converse in another language. In the future, I’d recommend only hiring workers who can speak English well enough to be understood, and I’d recommend checking if that particular user can speak English as well as understand it. The only other thing I’d say is that some employees seemed to be having problems with snipping long quotes, so I’d recommend sending out a post reminding people to do that. But overall, the service and wait times were quicker than average and most staff were friendly and on-topic, so good job!

Product (9/10)
I was rather pleased with my order, it being of a far superior quality to many other everything shops out there. I also noted that since my order was left rather broad, the worker had used a bit of creative licence with extra effects, which I loved! They also showed great artistic composition in making the order, so overall I was very pleased with my order!

Overall (8/10)
Overall, The Spritesmasher Shop has fast order times as well as quality work, however more could be done to increase professionalism and viewer interest in the first post by using the strategies listed above. Great job!
