Welcome to the winter shop. We are dedicated to providing you the best service on scratch. Our orders typically take between 3-7 days and you can request an order in the forms section. Then our dedicated staff will handle your order and not consider it done until you are totally satisfied.

Terms:

Order terms.
1.0: Respect the other customers and staff
1.1: You must give at least 3 days for your order to be complete.
1.2: You have no right to say your order is late if your deadline is ASAP.
1.3: You will be banned if you do not follow these rules or the community guidelines.
1.4: Your order will not be taken if you do not put the codeword ICE in your application.
1.5: You must give credit to the member who completed your order and you must give credit to the shop. (You will be reported if you do not.)
Partnership terms.
2.0: You must have written permission from the owner.
2.1 You must be friendly to all of our customers.
2.2: We reserve the right to discontinue the partnership.
2.3: You should reply to our activity checks.
2.4: You will be banned if you break our rules.
2.5: You must include the word GLACIER in the other section of your application.
Staff terms.
3.0: Follow the community guidelines.
3.1: You must respond to activity checks.
3.2: You must respect staff and other customers.
3.3: You will be fired if you get 3 strikes.
3.4: If you break these rules you will get a strike.
3.5: You must not leave for more than a day without filling in the form.
3.6: You must include the word SNOWFLAKE in the other section of your application.

Staff:

* = Strike.
# = Commendation.
3 strikes = fired.
3 commendations = Premotion.

Board of directors:

Manager: @secretagent123 (Oversees the shop. Can hire, fire, shut the shop and Reformat.)
Deputy manager: VACANT (Second in command. Takes over in absence of the manager but must ask them before doing things.'
Customer service manager: VACANT. (Oversees the reviews and complaints. Can fire and ban people.)
Designer: VACANT (Designs our adverts. Oversees the art department.)
Inspector: VACANT. (Checks to see if customers have given credit.)

Details: i’d like it to have a light-ish blue background and i’d like you to draw a girl wearing a light orange woolly jumper (sweater if you’re american). she has brown hair just past shoulder length. she has brown eyes, her left eye is looking straight forward but her right eye is pointed slightly out (to the right). if you have any questions please ask!
