Add different options for managers to edit the description/title.

There had been some criticism for it being removed because those chat thingies you see in the description of the studio became useless. It's a way of roleplaying without people interrupting the chat. So I suggest you add 3 different options for editing the description/title of the studio.

Managers and Curators - Allows all studio members to edit the title/description. (Highly Unrecommended) (WARN THE USER) - Danger Level: 10/10

On - Allows any manager to edit the description or title without the Studio Owner's permission. (Unrecommended) - Danger Level: 7/10

Request - Sends a request to changing the description or title to the Studio Owner. (Default) - Danger Level: 4/10

Certain Users - Only allows certain people to edit the description. (Recommended) - Danger Level: 2/10

Off - Only the Studio Owner can edit the description or title. (Highly Recommended) - Danger Level: 0/10

how about there being a forced timer per edit? say, each manager can only edit a description/title once per day (or 2 days) (@blablablahello)
There will be an OPTIONAL forced timer per edit for studios, but new scratchers will get to edit the description/title once per day. Regular Scratchers will get 5 edits per day. (DOESN'T APPLY TO THEIR OWN STUDIOS)

Maybe they could display a history of the description, including who made the specific version. (@GIitchInTheMatrix)
They could possibly do that. I don't know about that though.

probably choose who can edit the description it would prevent raid.

and with the manager limit, this would be able to atleast minimize manager chats (and ig also make that something reportable)

That's what i was thinking if they weren't going to add the entire functionality of it (well I mean from scratchr2).
