Wouldn't it be funny if you went inactive, someone else had to run it, then people would argue over who to run it next, soon we'd have topics for “Present and Future Owners of Present and Future Owners of The Shopping Mall”, then whoever was running that goes inactive, and we get more and more of these topics before ultimately we have an entire subforum dedicated to deciding the owner of each Present and Future owners iteration.
