Hello Scratch Team,

I was wondering if you guys could possibly simplify your html/css/js codes to simplify scratch for older browsers.
I am asking this because there still might be people using web browsers like internet explorer, and such, that can't access your website.

My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.0, No Flash version detected

Internet Explorer is gonna be pretty outdated as the modern Web continues to use new technologies that it will not support. Worth a shot though.

Without webgl and js scratch cannot exist.

Yeah, I know, but it would be pretty darn cool if scratch had old browser support. From my web development experience (which is very little), I feel like it might be possible.

Also, IE does support WebGl (I think)

Hello, Scratch Team over here
Unfortunately we have better things to do than add IE support to Scratch. We encourage people to use more modern browsers such as Tor.
We recommend it because it has a lot of new sites that aren't available on other browsers. Heck, some of my favourite sites are on there.
