A “group of prominent computer scientists and election lawyers” met with Podesta to express their belief that they “found persuasive evidence that results in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania may have been manipulated or hacked,” according to New York magazine.
(Editors note: The "prominent computer scientists and election lawyers" are of course just clinton campaign hacks that are trying to manipulate the election results in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania.)
Hillary Clinton’s campaign will participate in Jill Stein’s recount effort in Wisconsin, said campaign counsel Marc Elias Saturday Nov 26, 2016 — even though he noted her aides have seen no evidence that the election that gave Donald Trump the White House was unfair.
The "academics" presented findings showing that in Wisconsin, Clinton received 7 percent fewer votes in counties that relied on electronic-voting machines compared with counties that used optical scanners and paper ballots. Based on this statistical analysis, Clinton may have been denied as many as 30,000 votes; she lost Wisconsin by 27,000.
(Editors note: Just because the academic political hacks indicate 7% fewer votes in some counties based on the fact those counties used voting machines instead of optical scanner voting machines or paper ballots IS NOT A VALID REASON FOR A RECOUNT!
All over America thousands of different counties used voting machines, optical scanner voting machines and paper ballots.
Why isn't hillary's and stein's political hacks challenging the other counties in the USA??
It is because clinton political hacks have found through stastical analysis there is a possbility they can manipulate the Wisconsin vote results for Trump.)
In order to overturn the election, these challenges would have to succeed in multiple counties and multiple states all at the same time to swing the Electoral College to Clinton, so it certainly seems like a desperate long shot.

These people can then vote in any election, multiple times.

The Wisconsin election commission has no commitment to election integrity because they allow anyone and everyone to vote via their Id card scam which allows for no proof of who they are. No birth certificate needed nor any documentation.
This means people can get multiple cards any time they want. No proof of who they are is required!!!!!!

(1) The board of state canvassers, for the purpose of canvassing the returns and ascertaining and determining the result of an election, shall meet at the office of the secretary of state on or before the twentieth day after the election. The secretary of state shall appoint the day of the meeting and shall notify the other members of the board. The board has power to adjourn from time to time to await the receipt or correction of returns, or for other necessary purposes, but shall complete the canvass and announce their determination not later than the fortieth day after the election.
