Buddy Joe biden will use "the formula" again tonight in the "debate"

 

The professor has shared "the formula" with joe biden's handlers. Joe Biden uses "the formula" and transforms  into buddy joe .

"The formula"  transforms a forrest gump slo joe into a buddy joe/joker character.  "The formula" will wear off in a about an hour or less.

 

"The formula" turns buddy joe into a type of joker character.

In the movie the nutty professor "the formula" turned the professor into buddy love.

If buddy joe's handlers mixed up "the formula" as before it will have the effect of turning slow joe into HEY MAN, buddy joe .

HEY MAN buddy joe, will like the nutty professor, be over aggressive and very Obnoxious.

At some point "the formula" will wear off and buddy joe will start to make strange and  incoherent statements.

This is when buddy joe will be seen as the real forrest gump joe again.
