The work, written in Castilian (only the title is in Latin), and which has survived incomplete, contains four “consiliatorios” for the treatment of the archbishop’s health. This article studies the first “consiliatorio” in part one of the book −in actual fact a regimen sanitatis− which deals with the air that is suitable for maintaining the health of a figure who belongs to the ecclesiastical elites of the late fourteenth century.
