Key pieces will be considered: the subjection of the legislature in tension with the executive to the characteristics of the configuration of the State, the legislator's link to the essential content of maximums or the ductility in principles such as legality in the application of Law. The separation of powers is urged to challenge the reformulation of pacts that shield the conquests of the essential contents of maximums for the optimal guarantee and the full realization of fundamental rights.
