Based on the contents of the collective agreements signed since june 2023, we will find conclusions on the impact of the AENC’s measures and recommendations regarding equality and nondiscrimination between women, men and the LGTBI collective in our conventional clauses. And, finally, suggest guidelines or proposals (good practices) for future negotiations in the interests of labor sustainability with a gender perspective and inclusive dimension.
