AB - The signing of the V AENC in the context of social dialogue demonstrates the value, as
a transformative instrument, that we want to give to collective bargaining, in order to achieve
“real and effective” advances in negotiating content such as equality between women and
men, as well as diversity due to sexual orientation or gender identity and expression. Based
on the contents of the collective agreements signed since june 2023, we will find conclusions
on the impact of the AENC’s measures and recommendations regarding equality and nondiscrimination between women, men and the LGTBI collective in our conventional clauses.
And, finally, suggest guidelines or proposals (good practices) for future negotiations in the
interests of labor sustainability with a gender perspective and inclusive dimension.
