Each of them represents access to spheres that, until not long ago, were closed to women: the University and Academia (Concepción Arenal), law (Lidia Poët), and politics (Victoria Kent). Major advancements are often achieved through collective effort, and these three women are a clear example of this. With their achievements, they laid the groundwork for subsequent victories. Although women have made significant progress in these areas today, statistics still show that the glass ceiling persists.
