Luxury Waterfront Disney World 3000 Square Foot Vacation Home!
One of the things that attracted
us to this home was the privacy of the back yard and the 115 feet of waterfront that it
features. Seclusion was important to us and this home provided it. Besides, we wanted to
be close to Mickey Mouse and with this home, you can often see fireworks from our yard
that are taking place in the DISNEY PARKS. If your timing is good, you can even
watch a spacecraft being launched from CAPE KENNEDY, just over an hour away.
This custom built, 3000 square foot waterfront home is located in Oak Island Harbor, an exclusive neighborhood just over four miles west of the Disney main gate. The home has four bedrooms, three full baths, an enclosed heated pool with Jacuzzi, marble floors, ping-pong, bicycles, a crib, a stroller and lots of amenities not typically found in rental homes. Two of the four bedrooms are located upstairs--each with its own private bath. The master bedroom features a balcony that overlooks the pool with a waterfront view as well as his/her showers in marble with brass fixtures. The second bedroom upstairs has a window seat and its own bathroom tool. The first floor offers two more bedrooms and another full bath. The living room and foyer are finished in white marble while a glass/marble fireplace separates the living room from the family room. The family room faces the kitchen on one end and the pool on the other. The entire first floor was designed to capture an open look with 15 foot cathedral ceilings.
Please take a few minutes to look our home over. We believe you won't find a nicer vacation home. The children's rooms are decorated to feature Mickey Mouse and 102 Dalmatians in an effort to capture some of the Magic associated with this special part of the world. This decor gets the kids (and most adults) into the magic of the vacation. Our home will comfortably accommodate 8 people.
