A home away from home in a
tropical setting with the ocean just a few feet away. The property runs to the bay and the
ocean can be seen on three sides and you can hear and smell it's freshness and lull. In an
area of upscale residences and a few other vacation homes on Kapoho Bay,it is a very
special place. The area is also known for it's warm tidal pools especially the state park,
Ahalanui with it's giant hot pond fed by the open ocean waves breaking in at the far end.
It's a beautiful sight to see. The house, Blue Daze, is bright and airy with open beam
ceiling in living room, kitchen and dining areas. A forty foot deck across the front of
the house is a wonderful place for morning coffee and the greeting of another beautiful
Hawaiian day under the bluest of skies. Those same skies are filled with a million stars
at night and the view of a full moon out over the ocean from that deck is fabulous. All
the free coconuts you can eat. Located 28 miles south of Hilo and just a little farther(40
miles) from Volcanoes Nat'l Park.
You will love the quiet location with the sound of the surf and the beauty of the sea.
