The condo is in a Cape Cod golf resort community considered to be one of the finest in the North East. There are two golf courses with the first nine holes of the championship course on Nantucket Sound. There are golf lessons and practice tees.
The condo is about a three minute drive to a beautiful beach which is an extension of the Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge where there are walking trails though the dunes and ponds which are great for bird watching.
The swimming pool is very private, with a life guard and is within about 50 yards from the condo. There are biking and walking trails throughout the community with restaurants entertainment for children in the New Seabury Marketplace. The town of Mashpee, of which New Seabury is part, offers great shopping , restaurants, movies and various concerts and fairs throughout the year. There is an Indian POW wow on the July 4th weekend and a big fair in the middle of July.
Mashpee is about 20 minutes from the ferries that go to Martha's Vineyard and
Nantucket.
It's bright, cheerie, private, clean and uncluttered with easy access to year around golf and the beach...even in winter.
