The condo
is on the secluded south end of Isla Mujeres across from a manicured white sand beach.
Isla Mujeres is a 20-minute ferry ride from Cancun. You have views of both sides of the
island with great sunsets. It has a fresh-water swimming pool, two bedrooms (sleeps six),
two bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room and balcony. All you need is there; plates,
sheets, towels and a maid who comes in two times a week to clean (she will extra cleaning
and/or do your laundry for a fair price). Ceiling fans in each room and the breezes from
both oceansides keep you cool even in the summer. The condo is in walking distance to
restaurants, grocerys, near-shore snorkeling reef, a 900-year-old Maya ruin, a
submarine dive ride, SCUBA, swim-with-the-dolphins, and tours to nearby islands. Nightlife
and local life is ten minute away via an inexpensive (16 pesos) and readily available
taxi. The entire complex is walled-in and managed for privacy. It has only three buildings
(18 condos) that are almost all owned by national'swhich means it is never
busy.
