No. We advertise properties that are for rent directly from the owner. We do not make recommendations on where you should stay, dine or vacation. You may browse our listings and contact the owners directly for answers to your questions.


How soon will my page by up on your site?

Your page once created, will be active and added to our database of listings to be submitted to the search engines instantly. The listing itself will be available for potential renters to view on VacationParadise.com within 24 hours.

How many "VISITORS" does your site receive?

OwnerRentals.com is averaging about 6,000 to 28,000 (during peak times) visitors per day. These are visitors, not "hits". A hit counts everything that is called from the server
when a page is pulled up. Each visitor views an average of 7 pages while they are visiting VacationParadise.com. Plenty enough visits to rent your property!

How do we make changes to our page?

Just log into your account and make any changes you need.

Is there a charge for making a change to my page?

No. Since the listing is 100% automated you can change anything you need, at any time, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Changes text , rates, photos and even your contact name, phone number and email all from our very easy to
use owner control panel.

I can't see the changes to my page, why not?

Many times you can not see the changes to your page because your browser has saved the page in it's memory (cache) from the last time you visited the page. To correct this just press the "Reload" or "Refresh" button at the top
of your Internet browser.

How many photos do you allow?

Receive up to 8 FULL size photos with your account! No small thumbnails to click on. Renters like to view the property and with an Owner Rentals listing they will see it!

Can I market my page myself?

Absolutely! Please do everything you can to market your page. Add your URL to any website that you currently run or affiliated with, frequent some newsgroups and post
it there and there are even plenty of travel sites on the web that have free classified areas. You are welcome to add your site to as many search engines as you wish. We have many owners that even use their URL in the print advertisements and business cards.

We don't seem to be renting our property. What could be wrong?

First, check your rental prices. How do they compare to owners on our site with similar properties? Are you too high? If so, lower your rate. The second thing is to take a look
at your photos. Is your unit well lit? Can they really see how nice it is? Are the pictures really poor? Do the pictures of your views show a gray sky or a nice blue sky with the
sun shinning? Is your one line description intriguing enough to get some to click on it and take a look at your page? Finally, have you told them everything that is great about
your unit in your description? If it doesn't sound like some place you would want to visit, then maybe that is why other people aren't renting your unit. Be sure to double check
your contact information as well. Many times owners change email addresses and never bother to change the email address in their listings and wonder what happened to their
inquiries!


Our prices and pictures are great but still we can't see any activity from your site. What else could be wrong?

O.k., there could be a number of things that could be going on. If we have eliminated the fact that your photos make your unit look appealing and that your prices are in order, then we have to look at some other areas. First, are your phone numbers correct on the page? Are you receiving email inquiries from the page? If not, double check the email address by sending yourself an email. If everything checks out, by all means contact us. We can take a look at your page and see what we can do.


Why don't you give away a free listing until I get my first rental and make sure your site works?

At this time, because we are such an old site (since 1997), we do not offer any type of a free trial. Owners would not stay with us year after year if our site did not work. It is
such a small investment for the exposure that you receive. We are still "the best deal on the web"! FYI. If there is a state or city without a listing and you are the first one
to list your property there, then we will give you the listing FREE for one year!
