This 1600 sq ft, 2bd,2ba 2nd level condo in a 3 level building is the perfect vacation home. Everything you could want is within walking distance (heated pool, tennis courts, Spa and Hyatt restaurants, barbeque and gas grills, Poipu Kai green belt for walking, or flying a kite, hiking from Shipwreck Point, watching wildlife from the full length tiled,luxury furnished lanai including (whales(Dec-May) dolphins, monk seals, rare birds and flowers everywhere) A minute walk to the coves to the south, watch sea turtles and the glorious sunsets.
Inside this condo features wood ceilings, marble in bathrooms and kitchen, custom drapery, new 2000 king sized chirapractic mattress/springs, a new(2000) full sized washer and dryer. stove/convection oven, frig, microwave, rice & vege steamer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, lots of dishes and pans (the owners love to cook) Within 10 minutes we have 3 different beaches, championship golf , tennis programs,surfing, snorkeling, hiking, shopping, riding, kayaking, a dozen first class restaurants. We have 4 of the top 10 golf courses in Hawaii on our island. Tennis round robbins 4 days a week, spa facilities $100 for 5 days, the best snorkeling on the island a 3 minute drive to Poipu Beach Park (15 min walk)
I mail out a video on this condo and surrounding area upon request. It has a new king in the "beachview bedroom" and a queen sized bed in the guest room. It is so uplifting to just a private dinner of perhaps grilled fish and steamed rice and veges on this lanai.
