Prerequisites

1. Set up WhatsApp Business Platform
   • This will give you access to the WhatsApp Manager as part of your WhatsApp Business Account.
2. Set up the WhatsApp Business Platform Cloud API
   • Includes setup of Meta App and phone number
3. Completed the necessary steps to use Flows in your account
   • You will need to verify your business , complete the display name review process and maintain a high message quality .
