Schedule when your Facebook Page's messaging status is set to away
Classic Pages on Facebook are updating to the new Pages experience
. You’ll still have access to many of the same features to manage your professional presence, build your brand or business, grow your audience and connect with followers. Your content, insights, ads, Likes and followers will automatically transfer when your Page updates.
New Pages Experience
You can automatically set your Page's messaging status to away outside of business hours if you have Facebook or task access
to a new Page. You can log into Meta Business Suite
to manage Page messages and messaging status.
To schedule away times with Facebook access:
1.
Log into Facebook, then click your profile photo in the top right.

Click See all profiles
, then select the Page you want to switch into.

If you’re creating an away message for the first time, below Suggested for you
find Away message
and click Try it
.
If you’ve created an away message before, below Your automations
find Away message
and click Edit
next to it.

Below When this happens
, select the days during which you want schedule away times.
6.
Below the days, click the dropdown menu to select a timezone.
7.
Below Away hours
, click the dropdown menu next to a day and enter a Start time
and End time
. You can also Add another time range
to schedule another away time for that day.
8.
Once you’ve set your away hours, click Save changes
in the bottom right.
You can add multiple away times for your Page or delete away times by clicking 
.
