These Special Provisions constitute “supplemental terms” for your use of the Self-Serve Ad Interface and Facebook, as set out in the Self-Serve Ads Terms . Unless otherwise indicated, the definitions in the Self-Serve Ads Terms apply here.
This section is applicable solely to Orders placed by certain designated advertisers in Australia (Facebook will notify Advertisers if they are subject to these special provisions), whether acting on their own behalf (including, for clarity, an agency acting on its own behalf) or acting as an agency on behalf of at least one third party that is such a designated advertiser (in either case, “ Designated Australian Advertiser"). For the avoidance of doubt, this section is applicable to each Order placed by an agency that is a Designated Australian Advertiser, even if that agency is placing such Order on behalf of a third party which is not itself a Designated Australian Advertiser.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Facebook Terms of Service (the "Terms"), the Self-Serve Ads Terms (as defined in the Terms ) are between Designated Australian Advertiser and Facebook Australia Pty Limited (ABN 83 134 012 543) (" Facebook Australia"). All references in the Self-Serve Ads Terms to "us," "we," and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook Australia for Designated Australian Advertisers for the purpose of the Orders to which this section applies.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Facebook Community Payments Terms (the " Payment Terms"), the Payment Terms are between Designated Australian Advertiser and Facebook Australia, and all references in the Payment Terms to "Facebook," "us," "we," and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook Australia for Designated Australian Advertisers for the purpose of the Orders to which this section applies.
The Terms of Service shall remain a contract between Designated Australian Advertisers and Facebook Inc., as shall the Payment Terms for all other purposes beyond the Orders to which this section applies.
Each Designated Australian Advertiser hereby consents to receiving invoices electronically.
Any claim, cause of action or dispute that arises out of or relates to this section is subject to the disputes resolution clause in the Commercial Terms .
Except as specifically set forth herein, all other terms of the Terms , Self-Serve Ads Terms and Payment Terms shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect. For clarity, nothing in the Self-Serve Ads Terms restricts, excludes or modifies any rights that cannot be excluded under any applicable law including the consumer guarantees set out in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). If Facebook is liable for a breach of a consumer guarantee and that liability cannot, by law, be excluded but can be limited, Facebook’s liability is, to the fullest extent permitted by law, limited to any one or more of the following as Facebook determines in its absolute discretion:- in relation to goods, replacing or repairing the goods or paying the costs of having the goods replaced or repaired; and
- in relation to services, resupplying the services or paying the costs of having the services resupplied.

All references in the Self-Serve Ad Terms to "us," "we," and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook Belgium for Designated Belgium Advertisers for the purpose of the Orders to which this section applies. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Facebook Payment Terms , the Payment Terms are between Designated Belgium Advertiser and Facebook Belgium, and all references in the Payment Terms to "Facebook," "us," "we," and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook Belgium for Designated Belgium Advertisers for the purpose of the Orders to which this section applies.
The Terms of Service shall remain a contract between Designated Belgium Advertisers and Facebook Ireland Limited, as shall the Payment Terms for all other purposes beyond the Orders to which this section applies.
Each Designated Belgium Advertiser hereby consents to receiving invoices electronically.
Any claim, cause of action or dispute that arises out of or relates to this section is subject to the disputes resolution clause in the Commercial Terms .
Except as specifically set forth herein, all other terms of the Terms of Service , Self-Serve Ad Terms and Payment Terms shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect.

This section is applicable solely to Orders placed by Advertisers that are legal entities with their principal place of business in Brazil acting on their own behalf or an agency/third-party acting on behalf of Advertisers that have their principal place of business in Brazil (in either case, " Brazil Advertiser").
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Facebook Terms of Service , Section 11 thereof (Special Provisions Applicable to Advertisers) is between Brazil Advertiser and Facebook Serviços Online do Brasil Ltda., CNPJ No. 13.347.016/0001-17, with its registered address located at Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 3732, 5th floor, north sector, São Paulo/SP, Brazil (" Facebook Brazil"). All references in Section 11 of the Terms of Service to "Facebook," "us," "we," and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook Brazil for Brazil Advertisers. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Facebook Payment Terms , the Payment Terms are between Brazil Advertiser and Facebook Brazil, and all references in the Payment Terms to "Facebook," "us," "we," and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook Brazil for Brazil Advertisers. Pricing on invoices issued to Brazil Advertisers by Facebook Brazil shall be inclusive of applicable taxes, and all payments will be due and payable in Brazilian Real (BRL) currency. Facebook Brazil reserves the right to charge a penalty of 10% (ten percent) and interest at a pro rata die rate of 1.0% (one percent) per month in the event of any delay in payment by Brazil Advertiser. Notices hereunder must be sent to Facebook Brazil at its address set forth herein to the attention of its Legal Counsel. Except as specifically set forth herein, all other terms of the Terms of Service and Payment Terms shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect.
This section is applicable solely to Orders placed by certain designated advertisers in Canada (Facebook will notify advertisers if they are subject to these special provisions), whether acting on their own behalf (including, for clarity, an agency acting on its own behalf), or acting as an agency on behalf of at least one third party that is such a designated advertiser (in either case, “ Designated Canadian Advertiser"). For the avoidance of doubt, this section is applicable to each Order placed by an agency that is a Designated Canadian Advertiser, even if that agency is placing such Order on behalf of a third party which is not itself a Designated Canadian Advertiser.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Facebook Terms of Service , the Self-Serve Ad Terms (as defined in the Terms of Service ) are between Designated Canadian Advertiser and Facebook Canada Ltd (" Facebook Canada") with its registered office at 661 University Ave, Toronto, ON, Canada for the purpose of the Order. All references in the Self-Serve Ad Terms to "us," "we," and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook Canada for Designated Canadian Advertisers for the purpose of the Orders to which this section applies.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Facebook Payments Terms (the " Payment Terms"), the Payment Terms are between Designated Canadian Advertiser and Facebook Canada, and all references in the Payment Terms to "Facebook," "us," "we," and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook Canada for Designated Canadian Advertisers for the purpose of the Orders to which this section applies.
The Terms of Service shall remain a contract between Designated Canadian Advertisers and Facebook, Inc.,for all other purposes beyond the Orders to which this section applies.
Each Designated Canadian Advertiser hereby consents to receiving invoices electronically.
All Orders placed by Designated Canadian Advertisers are for the provision of advertising placement for display through certain Facebook Products . All consideration received by Facebook Canada from Designated Canadian Advertisers pursuant to an Order is payable/paid to Facebook Canada solely for advertising placement. If any additional products or services are made available to Designated Canadian Advertisers by Facebook Canada under the Self-Serve Ad Terms , such products or services shall be ancillary to the provision of advertising placement by Facebook Canada pursuant to an Order, and any amounts paid/payable to Facebook Canada pursuant to such Order shall not be deemed consideration for the ancillary products or services, unless otherwise agreed between Facebook Canada and the Designated Canadian Advertiser.
For Designated Canadian Advertisers, Section 4.h. of the Self-Serve Ad Terms is replaced by the following: "h. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may take additional steps to collect past due amounts. You will pay all expenses associated with such collection, including reasonable legal fees. Past due amounts will accrue interest at 12% per annum or the lawful maximum, whichever is less."
For Designated Canadian Advertisers, the following is added as a new Section 19 of the Self-Serve Ad Terms : "You have accepted that this Agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English only, at your choice, despite Facebook Canada’s willingness to draw up this Agreement and all related documents in French. Le client a accepté que le présent contrat et tous les documents qui s'y rapportent soient rédigés en anglais seulement, malgré le fait que Facebook Canada était disposé à le faire en français, et ce au seul choix du client.".
Any claim, cause of action or dispute that arises out of or relates to this section is subject to the disputes resolution clause in the Commercial Terms .
Except as specifically set forth herein, all other terms of the Terms of Service, Self-Serve Ad Terms and Payment Terms shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect.

For the avoidance of doubt, this section is applicable to each Order placed by an agency that is a Designated Danish Advertiser, even if that agency is placing such Order on behalf of a third party which is not itself a Designated Danish Advertiser.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Facebook Terms of Service , the Self-Serve Ad Terms (as defined in the Terms of Service ) are between Designated Danish Advertiser and Facebook Denmark ApS (" Facebook Denmark"), with its registered office at Ny Carlsberg Vej 80,4, Copenhagen V 1799, Denmark. All references in the Self-Serve Ad Terms to "us," "we," and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook Denmark for Designated Danish Advertisers for the purpose of the Orders to which this section applies. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Facebook Payment Terms , the Payment Terms are between Designated Danish Advertiser and Facebook Denmark, and all references in the Payment Terms to "Facebook," "us," "we," and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook Denmark for Designated Danish Advertisers for the purpose of the Orders to which this section applies.
The Terms of Service shall remain a contract between Designated Danish Advertisers and Facebook Ireland Limited, as shall the Payment Terms for all other purposes beyond the Orders to which this section applies.
Each Designated Danish Advertiser hereby consents to receiving invoices electronically.
Any claim, cause of action or dispute that arises out of or relates to this section is subject to the disputes resolution clause in the Commercial Terms .
Except as specifically set forth herein, all other terms of the Terms of Service , Self-Serve Ad Terms and Payment Terms shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect.

For the avoidance of doubt, this section is applicable to each Order placed by an agency that is a Designated French Advertiser, even if that agency is placing such Order on behalf of a third party which is not itself a Designated French Advertiser.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Facebook Terms of Service , the Self-Serve Ad Terms (as defined in the Terms of Service ) are between Designated French Advertiser and Facebook France (" Facebook France"), with its registered office at 6 Rue Menars, 75002 Paris, FRANCE (VAT No. FR36530085802). All references in the Self-Serve Ad Terms to "us," "we," and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook France for Designated French Advertisers for the purpose of the Orders to which this section applies. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Facebook Payment Terms , the Payment Terms are between Designated French Advertiser and Facebook France, and all references in the Payment Terms to "Facebook," "us," "we," and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook France for Designated French Advertisers for the purpose of the Orders to which this section applies.
The Terms of Service shall remain a contract between Designated French Advertisers and Facebook Ireland Limited, as shall the Payment Terms for all other purposes beyond the Orders to which this section applies.
Each Designated French Advertiser hereby consents to receiving invoices electronically.
Any claim, cause of action or dispute that arises out of or relates to this section is subject to the disputes resolution clause in the Commercial Terms .
Except as specifically set forth herein, all other terms of the Terms of Service , Self-Serve Ad Terms and Payment Terms shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect.Facebook France may require Designated French Advertisers to pay the amounts charged by Facebook France for an Order to a collecting agent acting on behalf of Facebook France, which may be in a different country. All payments of an amount due to Facebook France to any such collecting agent, while it remains duly appointed as such by Facebook France, shall act to discharge the relevant Designated French Advertiser’s debt obligations to Facebook France for the relevant amount.
For Designated French Advertisers, Section 14 of the Self-Serve Ad Terms is replaced by the following:
“14. If placing ads on someone else's behalf, you must have permission to place those ads, including the following:
- You warrant that you have the legal authority to bind the Advertiser to these Self-Serve Ad Terms and the Terms of Service and that you have entered into a written mandate agreement with the Advertiser.
- You agree that if the Advertiser you represent violates these Self-Serve Ad Terms or the Terms of Service, you may be held responsible for that violation.
- You agree that we will provide campaign reporting information to the Advertiser for whom you placed a campaign, including all the information as provided under the French Decree No 2017-159 of February 9, 2017, as the same may be updated or amended.”

For the avoidance of doubt, this section is applicable to each Order placed by an agency that is a Designated German Advertiser, even if that agency is placing such Order on behalf of a third party which is not itself a Designated German Advertiser.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Facebook Terms of Service , the Self-Serve Ad Terms (as defined in the Terms of Service ) are between Designated German Advertiser and Facebook Germany GmbH (Commercial Register AG Hamburg HRB 111963) (" Facebook Germany"). All references in the Self-Serve Ad Terms , the Terms of Service and any other contractual documents to "us," "we," and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook Germany for Designated German Advertisers for the purpose of the Orders to which this section applies. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Facebook Community Payments Terms (the " Payment Terms"), the Payment Terms are between Designated German Advertiser and Facebook Germany, and all references in the Payment Terms to "Facebook," "us," "we," and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook Germany for Designated German Advertisers for the purpose of the Orders to which this section applies.
The Terms of Service shall remain a contract between Designated German Advertisers and Facebook Ireland Limited, as shall the Payment Terms for all other purposes beyond the Orders to which this section applies.
Each Designated German Advertiser hereby consents to receiving invoices electronically.
Any claim, cause of action or dispute that arises out of or relates to this section is subject to the disputes resolution clause in the Commercial Terms .
In the event of payment default, the interest rate is the then-current statutory default interest rate (Sec. 288 German Civil Code). We may change or update the Self-Serve Ad Terms from time to time with effect for future use; any ad campaigns already purchased when such change occurs remain unaffected by such change.
Except as specifically set forth herein, all other terms of the Terms of Service, Self-Serve Ad Terms and Payment Terms shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect.

All references in the Self-Serve Ad Terms to "us," "we," and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook Hong Kong for Designated Hong Kong Advertisers for the purpose of the Orders to which this section applies.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Facebook Payment Terms , the Payment Terms are between Designated Hong Kong Advertiser and Facebook Hong Kong, and all references in the Payment Terms to "Facebook," "us," "we," and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook Hong Kong for Designated Hong Kong Advertisers for the purpose of the Orders to which this section applies.
The Terms of Service shall remain a contract between Designated Hong Kong Advertisers and Facebook, Inc., as shall the Payment Terms for all other purposes beyond the Orders to which this section applies.
Each Designated Hong Kong Advertiser hereby consents to receiving invoices electronically.
Any claim, cause of action or dispute that arises out of or relates to this section is subject to the disputes resolution clause in the Commercial Terms .

All references in the Self-Serve Ad Terms to "us," "we," and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook India for India Advertisers for the purpose of the Orders to which this section applies. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Facebook Payment Terms , the Payment Terms are between India Advertiser and Facebook India, and all references in the Payment Terms to "Facebook," "us," "we," and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook India for India Advertisers for the purpose of the Orders to which this section applies.
The Terms of Service shall remain a contract between India Advertisers and Facebook Inc., as shall the Payment Terms for all other purposes beyond the Orders to which this section applies.
Each India Advertiser hereby consents to receiving invoices electronically.
Any claim, cause of action or dispute that arises out of or relates to this section is subject to the disputes resolution clause in the Commercial Terms .
You covenant and represent to Facebook that you are placing the Orders for commercial purposes.
You undertake to indemnify and hold us harmless if your ads violate any applicable laws or self-regulatory codes.

For the avoidance of doubt, this section is applicable to each Order placed by an agency that is a Designated Italian Advertiser, even if that agency is placing such Order on behalf of a third party which is not itself a Designated Italian Advertiser.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Facebook Terms of Service , the Self-Serve Ad Terms (as defined in the Terms of Service ) are between Designated Italian Advertiser and Facebook Italy Srl ("Facebook Italy"), with its registered office at Piazza Missori, 2 - 20122, Milan (Italy) (VAT No. 06691680968). All references in the Self-Serve Ad Terms to "us," "we," and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook Italy for Designated Italian Advertisers for the purpose of the Orders to which this section applies.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Facebook Payment Terms , the Payment Terms are between Designated Italian Advertiser and Facebook Italy, and all references in the Payment Terms to "Facebook," "us," "we," and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook Italy for Designated Italian Advertisers for the purpose of the Orders to which this section applies. For Designated Italian Advertisers, Section 13 of the Self-Serve Ad Terms is replaced by the following:
“13. If you are placing ads on someone else's behalf, you must have permission to place those ads, including the following:

If you are acting as an agent on their behalf:
- You warrant that you have the legal authority to bind the advertiser to these Self-Serve Ad Terms and the Terms of Service .

You agree that if the advertiser you represent violates these Self-Serve Ad Terms or the Terms of Service , we may hold you responsible for that violation.

Otherwise, you are responsible for any violations and you agree to ensure that the advertiser:
- complies with these Self-Serve Ad Terms and the Terms of Service as if it were a party to them; and
- gives all consents and does all other things necessary to ensure that you can comply with, and we can exercise, all rights under these terms and the Terms of Service .”
The Terms of Service shall remain a contract between Designated Italian Advertisers and Facebook Ireland Limited, as shall the Payment Terms for all other purposes beyond the Orders to which this section applies.
Each Designated Italian Advertiser hereby consents to receiving invoices electronically.
Any claim, cause of action or dispute that arises out of or relates to this section is subject to the disputes resolution clause in the Commercial Terms .
Facebook Italy may require Designated Italian Advertisers to pay the amounts charged by Facebook Italy for an Order to a collecting agent acting on behalf of Facebook Italy, which may be in a different country. All payments of an amount due to Facebook Italy to any such collecting agent, while it remains duly appointed as such by Facebook Italy, shall act to discharge the relevant Designated Italian Advertiser’s debt obligations to Facebook Italy for the relevant amount.

For the avoidance of doubt, this section is applicable to each Order placed by an agency that is a Designated Japan Advertiser, even if that agency is placing such Order on behalf of a third party which is not itself a Designated Japan Advertiser.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Facebook Terms of Service , the Self-Serve Ad Terms (as defined in the Terms of Service ) are between Designated Japan Advertiser and Facebook Japan G.K. (" Facebook Japan"), with its registered address at L36 Toranomon Hills Business Tower, 1-17-1, Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo 105-6436. All references in the Self-Serve Ad Terms to "us," "we," and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook Japan for Designated Japan Advertisers for the purpose of the Orders to which this section applies.

Special provisions applicable to Designated Mexico Advertisers
This section is applicable solely to Orders placed by certain designated advertisers in Mexico (Meta will notify advertisers if they are subject to these special provisions), whether acting on their own behalf (including, for clarity, an agency acting on its own behalf), or acting as an agency on behalf of at least one third party that is such a designated advertiser (in either case, “Designated Mexico Advertiser"). For the avoidance of doubt, this section is applicable to each Order placed by an agency that is a Designated Mexico Advertiser, even if that agency is placing such Order on behalf of a third party which is not itself a Designated Mexico Advertiser.

In the case of advertising services in Mexico, it will be understood that the service is continued during the month in which it is rendered and it will be considered as rendered until the last day of the calendar month. You understand and accept the foregoing for purposes of the issuance of the corresponding invoice no later than day 7 of the following month. The foregoing is also applicable in the case of prepayments, in which case the invoice will be issued no later than day 7 of the following month in which the payment was received, whether or not the service was rendered during said month in which the prepayment was made.
In case unidentified payments are received, which means, payments that do not have the details of the services or invoice to which the payment should be applied to, said amounts will be considered as prepayments for purposes of the issuance of the corresponding invoice. Therefore, you understand and accept that if you do not provide the information and detail necessary to identify a given payment, at the end of the month in which the payment was received and if we are not able to obtain such information, said payment will be considered as a prepayment.
Except as specifically set forth herein, all other terms of the Terms of Service , Self-Serve Ad Terms and Payment Terms shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect.
Any claim, cause of action or dispute that arises out of or relates to this section is subject to the disputes resolution clause in the Commercial Terms .

Any claim, cause of action or dispute that arises out of or relates to this section is subject to the disputes resolution clause in the Commercial Terms .
For clarity, nothing in the Self-Serve Ad Terms restricts, excludes or modifies any rights that cannot be excluded under the Spanish applicable laws, including but without limitation, consumer protection laws, adhesion contracts laws, Civil Code, payment services laws, bankruptcy and creditors' settlements laws, or advertising laws.Without prejudice to the above, Facebook Spain may require Designated Spanish Advertisers to pay the amounts charged by Facebook Spain for an Order to a collecting agent, which may be in a different country, as notified from Facebook Spain from time to time. All payments of an amount due to Facebook Spain to any such collecting agent, while it remains duly appointed as such by Facebook Spain, shall act to discharge the relevant Designated Spanish Advertiser’s debt obligations to Facebook Spain for the relevant amount.
If you were an Advertiser before 1 July 2018, by accepting these Special Provisions, you acknowledge that you are aware that the change in contracting party under the Self-Serve Ad Terms may have an impact on your VAT taxation and that this is your sole responsibility.
For Designated Spanish Advertisers, Section 14 of the Self-Serve Ad Terms is replaced by the following:

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Facebook Community Payment Terms (the " Payment Terms"), the Payment Terms are between Designated Swedish Advertiser and Facebook Sweden, and all references in the Payment Terms to "Facebook," "us," "we," and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook Sweden for Designated Swedish Advertisers for the purpose of the Orders to which this section applies.
The Terms of Service shall remain a contract between Designated Swedish Advertisers and Facebook Ireland Limited, as shall the Payment Terms for all other purposes beyond the Orders to which this section applies.
Each Designated Swedish Advertiser hereby consents to receiving invoices electronically.

- You warrant that you have the legal authority to bind the advertiser to these Self-Serve Ads Terms and the Terms of Service .
- You agree that if the advertiser you represent violates these Self-Serve Ads Terms or the Terms of Service , we may hold you responsible for that violation.
- Otherwise, you are responsible for any violations and you agree to ensure that the advertiser:
- complies with these Self-Serve Ads Terms and the Terms of Service as if it were a party to them; and
- gives all consents and does all other things necessary to ensure that you can comply with, and we can exercise, all rights under these terms and the Terms of Service .”
Except as specifically set forth herein, all other terms of the Terms of Service , Self-Serve Ads Terms and Payment Terms shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect.

This section is applicable solely to Orders placed by an advertiser with a business address in the United States (“US Advertiser”).
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Facebook Terms of Service , the Self-Serve Ads Terms , and the Online Invoicing Terms, are between US Advertiser and Facebook, Inc (“Facebook US”). All references in the Self-Serve Ads Terms or Online Invoicing Terms to "us", "we" and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook US for US Advertisers for the purpose of the Orders to which this section applies. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Community Payments Terms , the Community Payments Terms are between US Advertiser and Facebook US, and all references in the Community Payments Terms to "Facebook", "us", "we" and "our" are hereby deemed to be references to Facebook US for US Advertisers for the purpose of the Orders to which this section applies.
For US Advertisers, Section 4.g of the Self-Serve Ads Terms is replaced by the following: “4g. The amounts that we charge you may be subject to tax, duty, levy or other governmental charge, including but not limited to sales, use, value-added, and excise taxes ( "Transaction Taxes"). You are responsible for bearing any Transaction Taxes that apply to your transaction. Billed amounts and all other amounts payable by you to Facebook US are inclusive of any applicable Transaction Taxes. These Transaction Taxes will be separately itemized on your invoice.”
For US Advertisers, Section 4.k of the Self-Serve Ads Terms , as modified by the Online Invoice Terms is replaced by the following:
"k. If Facebook classifies you as an invoiced client, Facebook will send you invoices based on your Orders. You will make all payments within thirty (30) days of the date of the applicable invoice. As a condition of you receiving invoices, you agree to provide and maintain the accuracy of your address and other contact information by sending any updates to any of the foregoing to ar@fb.com. To the extent that you make a payment in a currency that Facebook US does not accept, you agree to pay all fees associated with currency conversion. Invoiced amounts and all other amounts payable by you to Facebook US are inclusive of any applicable tax, duty, levy or other governmental charge, including but not limited to sales, use, value-added, and excise taxes ( "Transaction Taxes"). These Transaction Taxes will be separately itemized on your invoice. Invoiced amounts are exclusive of any, exchange, wire transfer or transaction fees. You authorize Facebook, either directly or through third parties, to make that any enquiries that Facebook considers necessary to validate your identity and creditworthiness."
You hereby confirm your agreement to the Self-Serve Ads Terms as modified herein with respect to any Order that you place or any current Order already placed though Facebook's online advertising portal.
Except as specifically set forth herein, all other terms of the Terms of Service , Self-Serve Ads Terms , Online Invoicing Terms , and Community Payments Terms shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect, and in particular shall remain a contract between the US Advertiser and the relevant Facebook entity identified therein.
