I. Eligibility for Removal Request
Any identifiable person depicted in an intimate visual depiction has the right to seek its removal.

II. Submission Format
All requests for removal must be submitted in writing.
III. Required Information for Depiction Location
Your request must include information reasonably sufficient to locate the intimate visual depiction.
This may include, but is not limited to:
  • URLs:Direct links to the depiction on websites, social media platforms, or other online services.
  • Keywords/Search Terms:Specific terms that can be used to find the depiction if direct links are unavailable.
  • Platform/Service Name:The name of the website, social media platform, or other service where the depiction is hosted.
  • Date/Time of Upload (if known):Approximate or exact date and time the depiction was first made public.
  • Description of the Content:Provide a brief description of the content.
  • Platform ID / User Account Name of the Poster
