No. 60 of 100: Final-Year Dodge Viper GTS-R Commemorative ACR Heads to Mecum's Nashville Sale
When the last Viper rolled off Dodge's Conner Avenue line in 2017, the run ended with a proper exclamation point: the GTS-R Commemorative Edition ACR. Chassis No. 60 of just 100 built is now crossing the block at Mecum's Nashville 2026 sale , and the photos here, courtesy of Mecum Auctions , capture a car that still looks showroom-fresh at just over 12,600 miles.
Underneath the carbon-fiber-flared bodywork sits the same 8.4-liter V-10 that made the Viper a legend, tuned here to 645 horsepower and 600 lb-ft of torque and paired exclusively with a 6-speed manual. Finished in Pearl White with Pearl Blue racing stripes, this example carries the full ACR toolkit: a limited-slip differential, Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes with red calipers, 19-inch wheels with blue accents, Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires, and a 10-way adjustable suspension. The Extreme Aero and Exterior Carbon Fiber packages add the towering adjustable rear wing, dual side-exit exhaust, and aggressive splitters that make GTS-R cars instantly recognizable trackside.
Only 100 GTS-R Commemorative Edition ACRs were built to send off the fifth-generation Viper, and no two seem to find buyers the same way. Motorious has tracked several other survivors, includi ng a modified example built for a Bring a Trailer sale and a numbers-matching ACR that stuck closer to its factory roots . Snakeskin Green-liveried final-year ACRs have also popped up at a no-reserve auction and an ultra-low-mileage Scottsdale sale in recent seasons. Every sale adds another data point to a market that still hasn't fully settled on how to value the last Vipers.
Hagerty's valuation t ools track Viper values back to the model's 1992 debut, and the most recent update to the Hagerty Price Gu ide showed the entire 1992-2010 lineup pulling back this past quarter, ACR variants included, after the outsized gains those cars posted during the 2020-23 boom. Early RT/10 roadsters have given back roughly a fifth of their value since peaking in 2021, and the beloved 1996-2002 GTS coupe has slipped from its own high-water mark too, even though both generations remain well ahead of where they sat before the pandemic-era run-up. Hagerty analysts framed the pullback as a market correction rather than a crash, pointing to insurance quote activity that continues to hold up across Viper generations. The fifth-generation cars built for 2013-2017, including this GTS-R Commemorative ACR, haven't been folded into Hagerty's standard valuation tool yet, but with only 100 examples made and genuine sub-13,000-mile survivors this clean, rarity alone should help insulate late-model ACRs from the broader softening Hagerty is tracking in older Vipers.
