Seasoned was founded with a passion for delivering fresh, locally sourced ingredients to our community. Our dedication to quality has earned us the support and trust of local diners. Chefs Garrett and Felicia Kirsch met while attending the culinary program at Lane Community College and have since led multiple kitchens in Eugene, all while raising a family. For over a decade, they owned and operated NorthWest Burgers, earning numerous awards along the way. With Seasoned, they are proud to introduce an elevated dining experience to Eugene.
