AAIM Management Association is a St. Louis-based organization that was founded in 1898 by employers needing a regional resource for networking and training. The association provides services and tools that help more than 700 member organizations to obtain, develop, support and retain the right people for their organization. The organization provides practical resources in several major areas, including organization development, process and performance solutions and human resource solutions. The AAIM Member Solutions Center provides members with unlimited, no charge, access to current compensation, government regulatory and benchmarking information. The association s media lending library stocks a collection of training videos in the areas of human resources, labor relations, employment law, management/supervision, safety and sales.
