We are Beef Birria everything. Our specialty: Quesatacos Dorados or "Dippy Tacos" as some customers might call them. Our specialty meat option is Beef Birria, and you can order it in the Quesataco Dorado - a corn tortilla, Beef Birria & cheese, crisped over the griddle using a blend of spices and seasonings to give them the red tone and lots of flavor. Up next is the Quesabirria - a large flour tortilla filled with Beef Birria, & cheese, crisped over the griddle using a blend of spices and seasonings to give it the red tone and lots of flavor. Both options come with Beef Birria consome (broth), limes, chopped onions & cilantro, and our (very) spicy green sauce that brings it all together. The Birria Ramen, Birria Sub, Street Taco, & the Hot Link hotdog are the other options available on our daily menu.
