The organization s facilities feature a gymnasium, fitness center and physical activity club. In addition, the Rye YMCA offers volunteer and membership opportunities. It organizes swimming lessons and provides personal training solutions. The organization also conducts yoga and spinning classes.

This Colonial and Georgian Revival style structure is one of the most elegant YMCA centers in the country. Built in 1916, it has served the youth and the community for decades now by not only offering fitness facilities but also educational opportunities. It also features a therapeutic center, day camp, childcare services and more. Though it was renovated in 2013, the historic elements were retained that characterizes the YMCA of Greenwich. It was added on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.
