Family Enrichment Network has been operational since 1978 as a nonprofit organization that offers programs for children and families. The organization provides support services for the optimal developmental, educational, emotional and physical growth of young children. It offers child resource and referral services, such as child care options, parental information about regulatory and quality issues and parent referrals to networks of caregivers. Additionally, the organization organizes various programs, including child care, food and employment programs. Family Enrichment Network provides services to children that include classroom instruction, transportation, individualized treatment, and speech, occupational and physical therapies. M&BPN serves the seven county region of South Central New Yro which includeds: Broome, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Otsego, Tioga and Tompkins counties. Our core service areas include: * Prenatal/perinatal information, referral, education and support * Support & educaiton for parents of infants and toddlers * Teen pregnancy prevention education and support * Access to health insurance Our administrative offices are located in Binghamton, along with our Binghamton PAL Family Resource Center. We have 3 additional Family Resource Centers located in Norwich, Sidney, and Walton.
