Families Together of Orange County Community Health Center is dedicated to assisting the community in overcoming obstacles to staying healthy. Medical services include: Family Practice/ Internal Medicine, OB-GYN, Pediatrics, Dermatology, Nephrology, X-Rays, Lab Draws, Prescription Fills, Group Medical Classes: Cooking and exercise activities. Dental services include: General Dentistry, Licensed Oral Hygienists, Orthodontics, Fillings, Bridges, Implants, Cleanings and more. Vision services include: Optometrist, Lens Correction, Vision Accessories and Eye Exams. Behavioral health services include: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, individual, family and group therapy, MAT Program. Extras include: Registered Dietician (Nutritional Counseling), Occupational Therapist and Free Transportation from home to appointments for all patients. Saturdays by appointment only.
