Dr. Scott Miller is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He earned his Doctor of Medicine with Honors in Research from Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI. He completed his Bachelor of Arts graduating Cum Laude in Biology, Sociology and History from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL.
Brevard Orthopaedic Clinic was founded in 1981 by Dr. Glenn Bryan. The focus of the general orthopaedic clinic was shifted to specializing in treatment of the neck and spine with the addition of Dr. Richard A. Hynes in 1992. Over the years, multiple physicians and midlevel practitioners joined the practice and in 2002, the name of the practice was changed to Brevard Orthopaedic Spine and Pain Clinic doing business as The B.A.C.K. Center. The acronym for the name stands for "Back Authority for Contemporary Knowledge."The B.A.C.K. Center provides medical services in three locations throughout Brevard, including our Crane Creek Campus in Melbourne which opened in summer 2009. Its completion consolidated our old 3 locations into one full service Spine Center of Excellence and two satellite locations.
