The health care professionals at Cedar Park Pediatrics work in partnership with families to assure the medical needs of their children are met. We strive to provide primary care that is accessible, continuous, coordinated, comprehensive, family/patient centered, compassionate, and effective.

Dr. Cheng has practiced Pediatrics since 2000. He relocated to Austin from Chicago, but is still a die-hard Cubs fan. When not at work he is usually playing with his kids in the backyard or riding his bike. On Sundays you can find him with his family in church. He looks forward to growing his practice in Cedar Park.

These days, doctor-visits feel increasingly less personal, and patient-care often feels rushed, packed into tight time slots with barely enough time to develop a relationship. Dr. Zhiyu "Diane" Liang opened Sunflower Pediatrics with a simple dream of returning medicine to what it should be - providing personal, consistent care, with a family-oriented and holistic approach to servicing patients from all kinds of different socio-economic backgrounds. She chose the name "Sunflower Pediatrics" because she felt the sunflower simply and perfectly encapsulates the feeling of sunshine, happiness, and a love of nature which she hopes her clinic will embody in spirit.
