I would not stay here unless it was the last resort, and it was. To start, my expectations were managed.I did not expect newly renovated or updates. But I did expect the carpet not to be damp, the walls not to be bulging with bubbles indicating water leakage, the air conditioner to sound like a jet engine taking off. The smell makes your nose wrinkle, probably due to underlying intrusion or something of the like. There is zero Quality at this Quality Inn. Wait, let me correct that, this hotel exhibits poor quality and is in need of an overhaul. The owner should be embarrassed that hospitality is their profession. This hotel is not an example of prideful hospitality ownership.

One of the things I consider when selecting a hotel and looking at prices is breakfast. A hot breakfast is always worth a couple dollars more. Quality Inns always have a nice hot breakfast. Here, breakfast was to be from 6:00 to 10:00 AM. I had to be out the door by 6:30 PM for an event. Breakfast lady didn't even show up til 6:07 then moved as slow as a person can for the next 20 minutes. I did manage to get a toasted bagel and a cup of coffee. When I left at 6:30, hot food still not set up. I got back just before 10:00 and the breakfast room was already tore down. Posted hours mean nothing. Room was clean. Check-in staff, Derrick, was friendly and helpful.

Booked a Mobility Accessible room through Choice but our room was NOT fully handicap accessible. The beds were uncomfortable and very old. The A/C was weak. Broken knob on bathroom door. However, the breakfast was great - eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal, muffins, toast, juice.

This place is absolutely gross and disgusting. I literally killed over two dozen roaches it's sooooo bad the owner of this hotel is absolutely disgusting and cares nothing about his guests. Because this hotel is abnoxiosly infested. By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Never ever ever again. You couldn't pay me to ever stay in this place again. It's like fear factor man and that's no exaggeration.

If you are considering coming here, be sure to bring bug spray for the roaches, bring spare change for the homeless surrounding the hotel and an interpreter so you know if the other guests want a smoke or your wallet.
