Experienced this place for the first time after a poster/bill caught my eye at a local shop for the Little Mermaid. I let my kids know of the show in a few days and to my surprise my teen age daughters wanted to go. I visited the website and to my surprise and delight it was easy to navigate, select seats and make a purchase. BTW- The theatre is so small there is not a bad seat in the place. We went and all were impressed with the level of talent in this all kids cast.All the actors/actresses were awesome. For intermission they have refreshments and snacks in the basement $2 each or 3 for $5. Great concept and the popcorn is fresh. If you don't want to get up and stretch your legs, or the stairs are a concern, they have a cart and bring the same around the theatre so you can stay in your seat and VIP service. Everything it well thought out and a wonderful experience. So much better than going to broadway and so much less. Great experience to introduce younger ones to the arts or a convenient theatre for older adults who don't want to make the trip into a big city for a fine theatre production. Bravo! So pleased to have this gem of a theatre right here in Western, MA. They also promote other regional theaters. We will be back!
