Just outside the city of Worcester is Hebert Candies. Founded in 1917, Hebert Candies has been New England's primary producer of chocolates and candies. The mansion, purchased by the owner in 1946, has been home to the candy company ever since, with chocolate made on the premise and a complete candy store inside. You can find seasonally-themed chocolate pops, a do-it-yourself ice cream bar and even hold birthday parties or other events at the mansion. Tasty chocolates and unique sweet treats are the reason to come out here to pick up some goodies for the kids or yourself!

This is a great place to stop if you’re in the area. A gorgeous ,Historic building.. They have a lavish variety of fine chocolates for sale in the store. They have different events throughout the year and on some holidays. It’s definitely worth visiting and experiencing in my opinion.

MoreHebert produces good quality small batch chocolate and other candies. While I would prefer to travel to Geneva, this is a good short trip. Don’t forget the ice cream, whether at inside tables or the extended hours of the window.
