I booked this company because of good reviews and better prices. It was to be a surprise Napa day trip with my wife and another couple. They weren't aware that I had booked a stretch until it arrived. Unfortunately, I was more surprised (and embarrassed) than they were. On arrival, the limo looked like and clearly had seen better years. I thought that the trunk was open, but it just because didn't close quite all the way, even though it was closed. The interior was pitiful. The seats and carpet were quite worn. The windows looked to have been tinted by a second grader - wrinkled and cracking. There was missing hardware on the door latches, with the rusting hardware exposed. There was mold growing under the plastic glass holders for the bar. We never could get the radio to work. The provided Champagne was something cheap from Walgreen's. We were picked up in Berkeley at the recommendation of the owner. That sounded convenient, so I accepted. Unfortunately, that ended up only allowing time to visit two wineries, and running into a grocery store to grab a lunch to go. It was a 6 hour tour, but 1 hour was getting there, and then we were informed by the driver at the end of our second tour at 2:05 that the traffic would be bad on Friday and that we needed to leave or risk having to pay more for overtime. So, pay a bit more to avoid the embarrassment I experienced. I certainly will next time!

I called and booked a Wine Tour with Elite the day before we flew out to California. It was our first time in Napa and we had no idea what to do. I ran across Elite on the Internet and called. They were so nice on the phone, the price was great and it sounded fun, so I booked it. It was just my boyfriend and I, but I wanted it to be special. I ordered the 6 passenger limo that came with a bottle of champagne on ice and bottles of water on ice. The limo was huge and fancy. It was very clean and comfortable. Our Driver, Hazeem, was FANTASTIC! He got to our hotel early and we weren't there yet. He called my cell and I told him we were running a few minutes late. He said, no problem. He took us to any vineyard we wanted. He gave us our privacy, he was friendly, kind, polite, informational and went along with anything we wanted to do. While we were in one winery he made us lunch reservations and a wine tour at this really nice winery. It was great. He made sure we were comfortable and had a great time. When we had finished lunch and got back in the limo, there was another bottle of chilled champagne waiting for us. There was so much champagne flowing that when he dropped us back off at our hotel, he even gave us champagne glasses to take, too. Great experience and the only way to tour Napa Valley!!! Thank you Hazeem and Elite Limo for an amazing adventure that my boyfriend and I will never forget!

Azeem took us to the SFO airport on our trip out. On the way back we got stuck in D.C. I kept updating them all night long because our flight kept getting delayed and had to be rerouted to Sacramento. When we landed I texted him thinking that we would have to wait for him to drive there, but replied I'm here..at 5:00 AM !!! After being stuck for 12 hrs. in an airport in D.C., this was such a relief. He came all the way to SAC to pick us up and was there when we got there with a smile. I wouldn't EVER use anyone else.

Great time and a great price with Elite Limo!! We went to Napa for a birthday. Limo driver was timely picking us up. He even stopped at a small deli for us to pick up food for a picnic at Peju winery. Thanks

There were 6 of us that rented a limo for a wine tasting tour in Napa Valley. Our driver was Georgi and he was a wonderful driver, as well as a very knowledgeable guide. Georgi offered suggestions only after we asked, and he led us to some very beautiful wineries. He was also looking out for our time management so that we didn't waste time going up and down the valley. Water and champagne was provided on ice in the car. When I booked the limo, Alex was very helpful in answering all of my questions, as well as making recommendations for wineries if we hadn't chosen our own. I got quotes from several companies, but Elite was the only one that gave me a price that included everything except the tip. I would highly recommend this company.
