MoreFacility was a budget remodel of an old hotel. Rough area with unsecured parking and open access to all room entree/doorways. Car parked next to ours looked as someone was living in it (Full of junk/belongings floor to ceiling). Other vehicles and guests appeared to be there for long term? Room was cleanish, but was dated with need to be refreshed a lot. The included Breakfast was self serve including bagels warmed in broken toaster, packaged granola bar, and coffee with powdered creamer and sugar.....
MoreThere was a clump of hair stuck in the shower drainage, toilet was not very clean due to it having hairs and stains, the bed sheet had a bad stain, and there were multiple roaches not only on the floor, but on my bed. My significant other and I were waking up in the morning, when we saw roach on top of the bed sheet.
MoreHah well at least we have memories from how bad this place was lol! Need to book a same-night stay for my family. I called beforehand to confirm connecting room availability. Booked online & noted connecting room request. Got to front desk to check in & confirmed with the front desk guy that the rooms were connecting. I asked for a crib. He told me they didn't have any.I asked about pool hours & if they have a hot tub. He told me there was no hot tub. But I pointed out the security camera monitor which showed the pool area and asked about the hot tub on screen. He told me oh I guess we do have a small jacuzzi I think Haha, like how did he not know that?We get to our rooms. They are not connecting. There's two large stains on the white comforter; they look like coffee stains. We go back downstairs, he puts us in connecting rooms. The kids get swimsuits on to swim before bed - the pool is GREEN! So they don't swim. The beds were comfortable enough to sleep on. No problem there. The bathtub had some mold; that's normal for hotels in this price range. No biggie. The next morning we go down to breakfast. There's plain bagels. Nothing else. Literally no other options. No juice, no muffins, no apples, no prepackaged pastries, seriously nothing else. I've stayed a ton of cheaper hotels and they almost always at least have something. This was the worst breakfast I'd ever seen haha.Yeah, I really wish we'd stayed somewhere else. It was laughably bad.
MoreThis place is one of the worst little armpit motels at which I have ever had this displeasure of staying. Expect staff here to disturb you all day and all night, steal your “incidentals” deposit, fail to respond to requests for repair to the broken HVAC system, etc.
