I stopped in to attend a Universe of stories presentation. They were holding these to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 landing and there were a number of displays set up by local concerns and astronomy groups. Very well done

I had not been to the Worcester library for a while and was pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful library with some nice art displays and a sweet little cafe to have a cup of coffee.

Great place for research. Very helpful staff. Was looking for newspaper article from the 1950's and the staff gave me some hints on ways to find what I was looking for.

I was completely taken aback by the rudeness of the woman at the main desk when I attempted to donate books. She hadn't even looked at the books and she gave me this how dare you bring books here attitude. Granted some of the books didn't meet the criteria of the library, but I am a human being!! SO RUDE!

The best example of the revitalizations of downtown Worcester. Modern but inviting , this library offer a wonderful assortment of material in all formats and the staff is lovely. I applaud the library trying to offer amenities such as the book cafe but I would suggest you go elsewhere for coffee.
