Have used a few times, drivers are clean as well as the cabs. They give you good service and are prompt.

The drivers are pretty nice but the dispatcher is not nice at all! He's too grumpy to be on the radio. Get someone else to take calls.

since the cabs are white? Perhaps someone just liked the color red? (That happens to be my favorite color, too.) However, the color isn't important - the service is. And so far, each time I've phoned Red Cab, I've been pleased with prompt and efficient service. During my last visit to Worcester, I finally got a Red Cab that was ... red. I was surprised when the driver pulled up as I was expecting a white taxi. He told me that only four cabs from Red Cab are red in color (nos.13, 29, 35 and 50). Since 13 happens to be one of my lucky numbers and red is my favorite color, I'll look forward to getting red cab no.13 on an upcoming visit.
