tried to book a cab to go home, waited 2.3hrs, called the operator multiple times and the cab operator kept saying their were no cabs available and to keep waiting, she said would keep in touch with me about any updates, she didn't, and then the cab arrives without notifying me and I miss the cab, so I have to recall the cab operator and wait another 1hr, at this point the cab operator pretty much says, oh well, you missed it, stop calling me your better off walking in the end I just ordered an Uber, whatever cab operator worked from 7pm-10pm on Saturday, September 9, 2023 needs to be fired and needs a course in basic human needs and how to be compassionate

Cabs are filthy, inside and out. I had to use as a last second option. Worse choice I could have made. When running around town you can also find them double parked, blocking a road, parked illegally, and running red lights. Surprised they are able to keep their medallions.

We used this cab service several times in a two day period and we were always happy with our drivers. They were thoughtful and made our visits to and from Boston even more enjoyable.

The good: ...The bad: 50% more expensive then Uber. Driver borderline rude. Bad odor in car. Takes cash only.

This experience for me was that of a 3rd world mentality. DO NOT USE unless you have AT LEAST 25-30 to wait. I was using it to go from a hotel to the train station to take the train back into Boston. When he (yawn!) finally showed up (in town, not way out somewhere), I asked if the taxi was based in Worcester. The driver said yeah. I was surprised I had to wait so long, and he said it was rush hour between about 1 - 4. This was SUNDAY folks! Oh really, why? I said. He said People coming home from church, or going out to eat. ? UNBELIEVABLE!!! Either they need more drivers, or someone who can manage in a professional manner. I did not make my train in time so I had to wait another 2 hours for the next one, and many know what it's like to wait in a station and some of the kinds of people that hang out there.Thank GOD I didn't have plane to catch! I mostly write good to excellent reviews. You are welcome to check my other reviews. This was inexcusable so I give it the terrible rating. For those unfortunate not to have a car. Pick up your phone and set a pick up from Lyft or Uber. When they don't get calls, maybe their service will improve.
