The MetroWest YMCA is a cause-driven charitable organization that is for youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. We offer year-round classes in fitness yoga, HIIT, strength training, and boxing, swim lessons and lap swimming, water aerobics, sports, enrichment, gymnastics, dance, karate, and outdoor adventure. Members enjoy unlimited group exercise classes, a free wellness consultation and equipment fitting, and goal-setting support. We offer preschool, before and after-school care, school vacation programs, and summer camp. Our Framingham Branch also offers personal training, nutrition consultation, cooking classes, Styku body scan, and free health intervention programs to prevent diabetes, lower blood pressure, and manage chronic conditions. Our state-of-the-art facilities include a Wellness Center, indoor pool, sauna, gymnasium with basketball and pickleball courts, turf space, and yoga studios. As a charitable organization, we offer financial assistance for programs and memberships.
