Yes it is, at core, a furniture store, and yes, you can come here just to buy furniture. But Jordan's genius is merely hinted at in the store's slogan, "Not Just A Store an Experience." Indeed. The Natick branch has a New Orleans theme, which becomes obvious when you are handed Mardi Gras beads upon entry, or when the show starts at the top of every hour. Jordan's is a Boston institution for its innovative business model, which brings people in for the IMAX theater shows or to see Natick's own Disney-esque Bourbon Street and sends them home with visions of ottomans dancing in their heads. A New England must.

tripadvisorSleazy sales staff lied to me to get a sale.I got a bet and set it up with their credit card. Jordan's told me no interest if i paid it off in a year. I told them I was getting 2 good size checks in a month and again in six months, and asked if I could pay it off like that. They said that's fine, and I got hit with fees for not making a monthly minimum payment. Stay away, they will say anything to get a sale
MoreWhy would anyone shop in this store? $250 to deliver and another $150 to take away old furniture. The landscaping outside is disgusting with 5 foot weeds. Pretentious and over priced
MoreWe purchased a “leather” sofa and recliner which turned out to be vinyl. We were not told by the B.S. artist salesperson that it was vinyl but that it was as good or better than our previous set which we purchased from Jordan’s, was leather, and lasted over 10 years. After one year the motor failed on the recliner which we paid to have replaced. By then the sofa and chair already showed signs of wear right where your head rests. We were told it was normal wear and tear. Unfortunately they have become just another Bob’s Furniture or Bernie and Phil’s. We will never purchase ANYTHING from Jordan’s anymore. And we have purchased a lot over the years. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JORDAN’S UNLESS YOU WANT CHEAP QUALITY THAT QUICKLY FAILS.
MoreJust would like to put it our there that their website says free white glove delivery but there are no white gloves involved. No gloves at all. Just dirty hands. I called about it and they said it's just an expression. However Ashley Furniture actually does wear white gloves when delivering
MoreSo disappointed with buying a mattress at Jordan’s. The sleep lab is a marketing hoax. I spend over $4k on a mattress that gives me a backache and cuts off my circulation to my arms when I sleep on my side. I told them I was a side sleeper and the challenges I was having. I ended up buying one mattress then returning it, spent additional money on another mattress plus new pillows made by jordans. Oh and then they suggested I buy a 3” memory foam topper for $500 which I hate because I sink into it like quicksand. I got better advice from ChatGPT on what I should’ve bought vs from their sales reps or that ridiculous machine that’s part of the sleep lab. Totally ridiculous. Lessons learned don’t waste your time at Jordan’s.
