Five Star was reliable and they had great communication in setting up transfers, plus our VIPs complimented the pleasant and very helpful driver Gavin! Will definitely recommend them and use Five Star again for our transportation needs.

The name Five Star Transportation is very fitting, it was truly a five star experince. We needed a car to take us from Point Loma to the CBX for a flight out of Tijuana. From the initial booking, the communication leading up to our trip and then the trip itself, everything was amazing. Our driver, Jason, was right on time, courteous and super helpful loading and unloading our luggage. We had six people and were super comfortable in a beautifully outfitted Sprinter Van. Jason had the temperature perfect and chilled bottled waters available. Honestly, I wish the ride down to the CBX was longer it was such an enjoyable ride!If you ever need a car for any transportation needs i highly recommend Five Star Transportation Services. Adrian Davis and his team will take great care of you.

We had an early flight out of San Diego (we needed a 4am pickup) and needed a service that could handle large bags for each of us - there were 4 of us. We also arrived back in San Diego late in the evening (10:30pm arrival) and needed a ride back home. Rogelio was our early morning driver and Ali was our late arrival driver. Both were extremely friendly and helpful. We were all impressed with their promptness and ease of getting us to the airport and back home. We have found the perfect car service for us!! Thanks Rogelio and Ali for making this such a positive and stress free experience!

I have traveled for 23 years and this by far is the best experience I have ever had. Every time I have used them, the driver is professionally dressed, on time, with a vehicle that is impeccable.

Five star has probably the best limo service I have ever used anywhere in the world. And I have been to 86 countries On time, professional great drivers and wonderful cars. 2019 BMW 7 series for example. Extremely happy with their service
