Named for then Mayor Josiah Quincy who had a big hand in its construction, Quincy Market is a 27,000 square foot (2500 square meter) building constructed between 1824 and 1826. Though Quincy Market has always been associated with food, its scope has now expanded beyond simply grocery to include restaurants and many fast-food outlets. It is one of downtown's busiest lunchtime spots.

MoreIf you are looking for something to eat, go here! Plenty of choices and it’s a bustling atmosphere. You can get a seat to sit down and eat in the centre of the market. Lots of little souvenir shops run along the sides of this market.
MoreHistoric building, loads of food choices and an overall great place to eat with kids
MoreA fantastic shopping district in the center of it all. Plenty of food choices, shopping, and tour opportunities.
MoreThis is a must see stop in Boston if you've never been. There are shops and vendors to purchase a souvenir a well as great spots to enjoy the local lobster, oysters and other fresh fish or seafood dishes. We spent a couple of hours here.
