At Federal Wine, we pride ourselves on knowledge and customer service. We look at the sale of wine, spirits and beer as being primarily a service industry. Our focus is on family owned companies in all three sectors of wine, spirits, and beer. In many cases, our relationships with winemakers around the world allows us to sell highly sought after wines exclusively at our shop. Very often we are able to bring wine makers into the store to present their wines to our customers in a very intimate one-on-one style setting. We have a full wine cellar downstairs where we host all in store events. For every wine that is allocated a spot on our shelves, our two resident wine connoisseurs, Len and Peter, have tasted several. We have been nominated two years in a row (2007 and 2008) for retailer of the year by Whiskey Magazine due to our world renowned single malt scotch selection.
